I ordered a human resource book and it took 9 day when you said 3-5 business days. I thought i was getting a hardback book but when i got it..it was paperback with small print and black and white pages. I have sold books via Amazon but this is the first time buying and it was very disappointing.

Personally, I felt that this was an excellent introductary textbook for HRM. It was in a logical order, and did a fine job covering all of the important aspects of Human Resource Management. I especially liked the fact that along with the written material, there were figures, tables, and graphs to further reiterate the point that was being made. This helps people who need to ’see’ the information as well as read it. Furthermore, I really liked HR transitions in the begining of the chapters. They provided a real-world overview of what would be discussed in the chapters. These, along with the HR Perspectives, really gave the reader an idea of how the concepts talked about in the book were used and dealt with in the real world. The only thing that I really didn’t like about the book, was that because of the fact that there is so much to be covered in an introductary course, some of the concepts did not seem to be explained as well as they could have been. As stated before though, overall this was a great book. I highly recomend it’s use for any inrodutary HRM course.

I was not pleased with the service, I had requested the book be shipped express, not only was it not shipped express, it was not even shipped for ten days after it was ordered.
